About the Owner

Terrain Development Consulting is owned & operated by Jennifer Murray, P.Eng., MBA.

Jennifer is a bilingual Professional Civil Engineer and MBA with over 20 years of experience in Project Management and Land Development. During her career, Jennifer has successfully managed all aspects of residential, commercial and transportation infrastructure projects including planning, financial analysis, design, approvals, construction and customer experience.

Since establishing her independent consulting practice in November 2015, Jennifer has provided services to both residential and commercial clients in Ottawa's land development industry. She has extensive experience working with all project stakeholders including clients, sub-consultants, approval authorities and the public to deliver successful projects. Jennifer understands the importance of controlling project risks and minimizing uncertainty through effective and open communication with each stakeholder. She prides herself on completing her projects on time and on budget.
